When do I pay my booking?
Payment must be made upon arrival.
Payment is for most reservations to be made by cash or credit card upon arrival to the hotel. Debit cards and cash are also accepted. If you are using a card to pay from a different card holder, a signed authorization and copy of card and card holder´s ID must be present.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are for all reservations free of charge up until 48 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation charge of the first night will apply. If client does not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed date of arrival, or if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the charge for one night will apply. The reservation will not be valid for arrival on a date before or after the confirmed date of arrival.
How do I change my booking?
If you made your reservation on www.grupoplayasol.com or by phone (0034 971 30 19 59) and you need to make a change, please contact us. Amendment fee may be charged for making a change to your booking with less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival and it is subject to availability.
What does the OK Roulette Formula consist of?
The OK Roulette formula is a very convenient option to book your holidays in a Playa Sol Hotel Group – formerly Grupo Playa Sol- facility. Under the OK Roulette system, the customer receives a considerable discount on the price. The customer is guaranteed accommodation in the requested area with the full quality guarantee of a Playa Sol facility. All hotels included in this formula lie in 4 of the most touristic areas such as Es Viver, Playa den Bossa, San Antonio and San Antonio Bay, on the Balearic island of Ibiza. Countless shops, restaurants, pubs and bars are situated in the immediate vicinity. Links to the public transport network are only steps away. There are the 4 existing OK Roulette options. With this formula the name of the hotel is revealed on the arrival date and it will be located no more than 700meters away from the main reception stated on the booking confirmation.

Half Board with lunch instead of dinner?
If you book half board, this is defined as breakfast and dinner. It is not usual for hotels to allow you to substitute lunch for dinner when booking half board; however, we suggest that you contact your hotel directly for further assistance.

Drinks are not included along with Half Board or Full Board. Customers must pay for drinks separately.
Is shuttle service to and from the airport provided by the hotel?
Unfortunately the hotel does not provide shuttle service. If you wish to have information on how to get to and from the airport to the hotel we recommend you to contact the hotel front desk directly.
Can l leave my luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out?
Yes. We could store your luggage in a storage room before check-in and after check-out. This service is free of charge.

What is the difference between a studio and an apartment?
Basically, an apartment has a separate living area, while a studio has living and sleeping area combined.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Unfortunately we do not accept any pets in our facilities.
What is Playa Top about?
In attempt to mark a new era in the company we have rebranded our corporate image with a new name and logo. This rebranding encompasses a fresh Mediterranean designing in line with current trends and at the same time adding an international vision. The Playa Top concept is released with the complete refurbishing of the Apartamentos Tivoli in Playa d’en Bossa as well as Apartamentos Panoramic in Es Viver.
The apartments have been carefully redesigned with modern furnishing. You will be able to sleep in a spacious and bright apartment with white painted walls to give you a feeling of tranquility. The apartment’s wooden floors have also being redesigned to give it a more Mediterranean atmosphere. The occupancy limit for these apartments is 2-3 guests. All apartments are comprised with air conditioning, living room, balcony, private bathroom, small kitchen, microwave and fridge. In addition, Tivoli Apartments is handicapped accessible.
Are all studios and apartments equipped with a kitchen?
All studios and apartments are equipped with kitchen and the basic kitchen utensils for cooking. Mini-fridge and microwave can also be found in the studios and apartments.
Is housekeeping included with my booking?
Yes, housekeeping is included.
Are the studios and apartments stocked with bed linens and towels?
Bed linens and shower towels are provided by the hotel. Please note that towels can´t be used outside hotel facilities.
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
Hairdryers are available in pretty much all rooms. If it vital for your stay to have a hairdryer we suggest that you contact your hotel directly to confirm such information.
Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
There is a safety deposit box in almost every room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. Daily fee of 4€ will apply and 10€ deposit is held until the end of the stay.
How many times a week is bed linen and towels changed?
Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days or twice a week.
